Odoo success packs
The success packages include a set of premium services provided by a specialized consultant. During the implementation phase, you will be assigned a project manager who will analyze your requirements and configure your Odoo applications according to your needs. The consultant will also train you on how to use the applications and will guide you on how to leverage the features and functionalities of Odoo to grow your business. Additionally, they will be responsible for customizing your selected Odoo applications if you chose "custom applications." Based on the applications and the number of custom applications you selected on the pricing page, the application package that best fits the usual number of hours needed to successfully start using Odoo will be preselected. Our consultants will do everything possible to help you get started with Odoo within that timeframe.
Before the implementation, our consultant will analyze how your company operates and suggest the best way to use Odoo. We will take care of all the configurations and teach you how to use Odoo. This service is organized through scheduled sessions (by phone or online) in which our consultant conducts a deeper analysis of your needs to determine which existing features of the official Odoo applications can be improved. We will provide training materials so that you can always use the latest versions of the Odoo applications.
If you need advanced features like custom development, you can work with us. We offer project management services, Odoo development, training, and local installations. Our development projects are billed by the day of consulting or development project.
We have a team of experts in performance related to scalability issues available through the success packages. Performance issues are not resolved through free support, as they are usually not related to the standard Odoo code. The most common cases include: the database is not configured correctly for a specific use, performance bottlenecks in custom modules, or a poor implementation.
